Job Description Roles & Responsibilities T24 Functional Tester Key Responsibilities: Strong experience in retail and corporate banking. Manage testing workflows and processes within the banking environment. Strong analytical skills with a solution-driven approach. Proven track record in end-to-end test deliverables for SIT. Hands-on experience in core banking daily operations in Temenos T24 including Teller, Bancassurance, Investments, Deposits, Payments, Cheque Management, Clearing, Cards, Finance, Channels, Retail Loans, Limits, Treasury, Bill Payments, Salary Processing, and Direct Debit. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Test Manager Key Responsibilities: Define, design, and govern the overall testing strategy for complex digital banking, core banking, and financial applications. Ensure high-quality delivery by establishing automation frameworks, optimizing test processes, and guiding teams across functional, integration, performance, and security testing. Partner with Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and DevOps teams for test planning. Lead testing across SIT, Regression, UAT, E2E, Performance, and Non-Functional streams. Provide technical direction to functional and automation test teams. Review test plans, scenarios, and coverage for regulatory and compliance-driven banking programs. Demonstrate strong understanding of the banking domain. Interface with CXOs, Product Owners, and Program Managers. Provide quality dashboards, risk assessments, and release readiness reports. Support RFPs, proposals, and solutioning for Quality Engineering engagements. Desired Candidate Profile T24 Functional Tester: Knowledge of Apache and T24 browser related applications. Provide testing support based on requests from upstream applications. Test Manager: At least 5+ years of experience as a Test Architect in banking. Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies. Expertise in automation frameworks (Java/Python/JS-based), API testing, and cloud-based test platforms. Deep understanding of digital banking architectures, microservices, integration layers, and security principles. Experience in performance engineering, NFR testing, and security testing practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
