IT Program Manager - Infrastructure

Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple, complex infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists, fostering collaboration and driving accountability. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies for large-scale infrastructure initiatives. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, implementing contingency plans to minimize impact. Desired Candidate Profile 8–12 years of experience in IT Program/Project Management, with significant infrastructure exposure. Strong experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure programs. Good understanding of Cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/OCI), Data Centers, Networking, Servers, Storage, VMware/Virtualization, Backup and Disaster Recovery. Preference will be given to candidates with academic qualifications from recognized universities in the UK, Canada, or USA. Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously. Strong knowledge of program governance, RAID management, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management. Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills. Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project/program management certification is preferred.
