IT Release Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Release Manager to coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of IT releases across the organization. In this role, you will lead release readiness activities, coordinate go/no-go decisions, ensure quality and security validations are completed, and support smooth production deployments through effective planning and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Coordinate IT releases and lead go/no-go decisions based on quality assurance, testing outcomes, and overall release readiness. Ensure quality and security sign-offs across staging and production environments. Validate test results, defect status, performance metrics, and penetration testing outcomes before production deployment. Execute production validation activities, including smoke testing and cross-domain validation across infrastructure, data, and workplace systems. Manage rollback procedures and support production recovery activities when required. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Release Management or a similar role. Experience coordinating enterprise IT releases across multiple teams. Strong understanding of release management and production deployment processes. Experience leading release readiness assessments and go/no-go decisions. Knowledge of quality assurance, software testing, and defect management practices. Familiarity with production validation activities, including smoke testing. Understanding of security validation and penetration testing processes. Experience managing release rollback procedures. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
