Hazmieh, Lebanon Employment: Full-Time | On-Site Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM About the Role A growing technology company in Lebanon is seeking a hands-on IT Support & AI Automation Specialist who is passionate about artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and operational efficiency. We are looking for someone who doesn't just solve technical problems but actively identifies manual, repetitive work and transforms it into efficient, reliable automated processes. The ideal candidate understands how to connect AI models, software applications, and business systems to build practical solutions. Key Responsibilities AI & Workflow Automation Identify repetitive manual tasks across departments and develop automation solutions. Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows using n8n or similar platforms. Develop AI-powered workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and API integrations. Automate data extraction, data entry, reporting, notifications, and follow-up processes. Integrate different business systems, applications, and databases using APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods. Build and improve AI agents capable of performing multi-step business tasks with appropriate controls and human approvals. Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve reliability and efficiency. IT & Technical Support Provide day-to-day technical support for internal systems, applications, and users. Troubleshoot software issues, platform errors, and system connectivity problems. Investigate technical tickets and coordinate with developers or external providers when escalation is required. Monitor system performance and identify technical problems proactively. Maintain documentation, system access controls, and basic security practices. Requirements Practical experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools. Good understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows. Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and software integrations. Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of data security, access permissions, and error handling. Good communication skills in English and Arabic. Ability to work independently and turn business requirements into working technical solutions. Strong Advantages Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks. Experience automating CRM, customer support, merchant onboarding, or data processing. Experience with AI-powered document extraction and data validation. A portfolio of actual automation projects or workflows.
