IT Support Engineer

Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a talented and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our technical support team in Dubai . This role is ideal for an IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills who can maintain computer systems, resolve technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the company s IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide reliable technical assistance while supporting business continuity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems through on-site and remote support
• Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, and IT infrastructure
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, passwords, and system access permissions
• Perform software installations, system upgrades, patches, and antivirus updates
• Conduct regular system backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures
• Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and support records
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and technical services when required

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2 5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting. Experience with Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and printer management. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, cloud services, and backup solutions. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are an advantage.
