Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Promote the company's products and services through online and offline marketing. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development when required.
