Landscape Architect

Develop high-end residential landscape concepts, layouts, and detailed designs. Prepare landscape plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, lighting concepts, and irrigation layouts. Develop detailed construction drawings and technical details for execution. Produce BOQs, material specifications, and quantity take-offs. Coordinate landscape designs with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and contractors. Visit project sites to assess existing conditions and resolve design/construction issues. Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for client presentations. Work closely with the project and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. Revise designs based on client requirements while maintaining the overall design concept. Source and specify suitable plants, materials, finishes, water features, lighting, and landscape elements. Attend client meetings and present design concepts professionally. Manage multiple projects and meet agreed design and submission deadlines. Support the estimation and tendering process with accurate drawings, specifications, and quantities. Maintain high standards of design quality suitable for luxury villas and premium residential developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. 3–5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE. Strong experience in luxury residential landscape design. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and technical landscape drawings. Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, or similar 3D software. Strong understanding of hardscape, softscape, planting, irrigation, lighting, and water features. Good knowledge of plants suitable for the UAE climate. Ability to prepare accurate BOQs, specifications, and quantity take-offs. Strong understanding of landscape construction methods and materials. Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Strong visual and creative design sense with attention to detail. Excellent presentation and client-communication skills. Ability to take a concept from initial design through detailed construction drawings and site execution. Strong organizational and time-management skills. UAE driving licence is preferred. UAE experience and knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and construction practices is an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
