Landscape Project Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all phases of landscape projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, utilizing project management software for efficiency. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs, translating them into actionable landscape designs. Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed reports on soil conditions, drainage, and environmental factors affecting the project. Source and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure quality materials and skilled labor. Monitor project progress, conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Prepare and present project proposals, including design concepts, timelines, and cost estimates to clients and stakeholders. Implement sustainable landscape practices, incorporating native plants and environmentally friendly solutions into project designs. Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during project execution, adapting plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence for future reference and accountability. Desired Candidate Profile Ability to speak multiple languages considered an asset, especially in multicultural environments. Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups of workers on-site. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, allowing for quick adjustments in response to changing project dynamics. Proficiency in landscape design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, as well as project management tools like Microsoft Project. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of local regulations and environmental compliance standards, ensuring projects meet legal requirements. Experience in managing large-scale landscaping projects, showcasing the ability to handle complexity and scale effectively. Professional certifications such as Landscape Industry Certified Manager (LICM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. Candidates with CIVIL and Agricultural Background are eligible.
