Lead Consultant AI

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: As part of the development of our Artificial Intelligence expertise, we are looking for a Lead AI Consultant capable of designing and deploying innovative solutions that address our clients' business challenges. You will work on strategic projects around generative AI, intelligent agents, and automation, with a strong interest in the ServiceNow ecosystem and its AI capabilities. Your responsibilities: Support clients in defining and implementing their AI strategy. Design, develop, and deploy solutions based on generative AI, LLM, Machine Learning, and AI Agents. Develop conversational assistants, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions, and intelligent workflows. Participate in the technical architecture of solutions and ensure their scalability, security, and performance. Integrate AI solutions into information systems and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Collaborate with business, technical, and architect teams to transform functional requirements into innovative solutions. Contribute to innovation, technology monitoring, and the sharing of best practices. Support the upskilling of teams and serve as a technical expert. Participate in pre-sales activities, customer workshops, demonstrations, and responses to requests for proposals. Discover and develop AI applications within ServiceNow (Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Search, Workflow Automation). Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience on AI, Machine Learning, or Data projects. Excellent command of Python. Solid experience with AI frameworks and libraries: LangChain, LangGraph, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face. Experience with Language Learning Models (LLM), RAGs, Vector Databases, and AI Agents. Good knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud architectures. Experience with Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI is a plus. ServiceNow experience is an asset. A strong motivation to develop this expertise is expected. Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills. Fluent in French and English. The position is open in Casablanca and Salé.
