Lead Corian / Solid Surface Fabricator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Fabricate and install high-quality Corian / Solid Surface products. Manufacture custom washbasins, vanity tops, countertops, reception counters, and decorative works. Execute difficult and premium projects, not only simple straight countertops. Work on reception counters for showrooms, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and commercial spaces. Read and understand shop drawings, site measurements, and technical details. Prepare or assist in preparing cutting details, production notes, and simple shop drawing details when required. Operate workshop machines and tools professionally, including routers, cutting machines, polishing tools, edge tools,Vacuum forming machine,Hydraulic press and fabrication equipment. Perform cutting, routing, bonding, sanding, polishing, edge finishing, invisible seams, integrated sinks, mitered edges, and repair works. Prepare or execute logo details on reception counters when required. Carry out professional installation at customer sites with attention to alignment, fixing, silicone work, cleanliness, finishing, and final handover. Improve fabrication and installation quality and reduce mistakes. Suggest better tools, templates, jigs, machines, and work methods. Guide junior technicians when needed while still working hands-on. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Corian / Solid Surface fabrication and installation. Strong experience in custom washbasins, vanity tops, countertops, reception counters, and integrated sinks. Ability to execute difficult and premium projects, not only basic countertops. Strong knowledge of invisible seams, polishing, finishing, repair techniques, mitered edges, and installation details. Ability to understand shop drawings, site measurements, and fabrication details. Experience operating routers, cutting machines, polishing tools, and workshop equipment. Experience in reception counters, decorative counters, logo details, or special custom designs is highly preferred. Experience in artificial marble, natural stone, marble fabrication, or porcelain vanity tops is an advantage. Must be practical, detail-oriented, reliable, and focused on high-quality workmanship. Ability to work as part of a small workshop team and help improve quality step by step.
