Desired Candidate Profile Arabic Speaking is Mandatory Key Requirement: Strong experience in Dot NET / C# development Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer Experience leading technical teams and software projects Strong knowledge of ASP Dot NET, Dot NET Core, Web API, SQL Server Project management and client coordination experience Experience in project planning, delivery, and team management Strong leadership and communication skills PMP certification is preferred 8+ to 10 + years of relevant Project Management experience and Dot net Developer Strong experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery Experience managing scope, budget, resources, risks, and timelines Strong stakeholder and client management skills Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience managing IT/software development projects preferred.
