Learning & Development (L&D) Manager
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company's Learning & Development strategy.Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments.Design, deliver, and evaluate technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs.Establish, monitor, and analyze Learning & Development KPIs to measure training effectiveness and business impact.Prepare monthly and quarterly training dashboards and reports, presenting key metrics and actionable insights to senior management.Track and improve KPIs such as training completion rate, attendance, post-training assessment scores, employee performance improvement, training ROI, learner satisfaction, and training effectiveness.Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career development initiatives.Manage the annual training budget and training calendar.Build and maintain relationships with external training providers.Ensure compliance with all mandatory training requirements.Lead and develop the Learning & Development team.
