Leasing Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our administration operations in a fast-paced retail environment. ✨ What You’ll Do: Manage leasing documentation, including new leases, renewals, terminations, and amendments Prepare, review, and organize lease contracts, tenancy agreements, and related legal documents Maintain tenant contracts, leasing records, and all supporting documentation Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding payments, lease terms, requests, and documentation Coordinate with Maintenance, Security, Finance, and Operations teams Prepare reports on occupancy, leasing status, vacant units, and contract updates Support mall administration work, including filing, scheduling, and inventory coordination Handle leasing for kiosks, retail units, promotions, and events Ensure compliance with mall policies, UAE regulations, and internal procedures Desired Candidate Profile ✨ What We’re Looking For: 5+ years’ experience in mall leasing and administration Strong background in leasing, kiosks, events, and promotions Experience in preparing lease contracts, lease documents, renewal letters, termination letters, and related leasing correspondence Excellent negotiation and tenant relationship skills Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and leasing procedures Strong MS Office, especially Excel, and CRM skills Fluent in English is mandatory and Arabic is Plus Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory Ability to handle field visits and operational coordination as required Employment Type Full Time Company Industry PerfumeryToiletriesPersonal CareCosmetics Department / Functional Area Administration Keywords Tenant Relations SpecialistRental CoordinatorProperty ManagementMarket Analysis Get real-time job updates only on our App
