Liferay Technical Lead

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Liferay Technical Lead with strong expertise in Liferay DXP to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise portal applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting scalable Liferay solutions while leading development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders. The candidate should possess strong technical leadership, architecture, and problem-solving skills, along with expertise in Java, Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations. Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Liferay DXP applications from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, to production support. Design scalable, secure, high-performance, and maintainable technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Lead, mentor, and manage the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and timely project delivery. Resolve complex technical challenges and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards. Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, release management, and production support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions. Prepare and present technical designs, solution proposals, and project updates to both business and technical stakeholders. Drive architecture governance, technical innovation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills 10+ years of hands-on experience with Liferay DXP . Strong expertise in: Liferay DXP, Java, REST APIs, Microservices, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Linux Experience with enterprise integrations and authentication solutions. Strong knowledge of CI/CD, deployment, release management, and production support. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile development environments. Desired Candidate Profile 10+ years of hands-on experience with Liferay DXP .
