Line Sales Manager - Specialty Care

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and empower the CNS sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives
• Drive effective execution of brand strategies and ensure field force excellence across assigned territories
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, and other key healthcare professionals to enhance product awareness and expand market presence
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market dynamics, and identify growth opportunities to maximize business results
• Develop and implement territory and sales action plans aligned with brand objectives and market needs
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Medical, to ensure effective strategy execution and sustainable business growth
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable ethical standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including experience in managerial roles. Strong background in Specialty Care, with proven CNS (Central Nervous System) experience required. Demonstrated ability to influence treatment decisions, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a high degree of adaptability and agility.
