Linux Operator (Redhat/ RHEL)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Proactively monitor system health, performance, and resource utilization across Linux environments, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users. Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. Automate routine tasks such as patching, backups, and deployments using scripting languages like Bash or Python to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to enforce security policies and maintain system integrity. Must have good experience in Oracle/ OCI and Linux Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Linux Administrator or Operator in a production environment. Proficiency in at least one major Linux distribution (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS). Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and their application in Linux.
