Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement social media marketing strategies and campaigns. Manage and grow social media accounts, including creating and curating content. Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to drive brand awareness. Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns. Track and monitor competitors' social media strategies and activities. Provide recommendations for improving social media presence and engagement. Desired Candidate Profile A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2C environment. Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing online communities. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Expertise in social media analytics and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
