Marketing Coordinator – F&B

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities for F&B/restaurant brands. Manage and update e-platforms and online food delivery platforms. Handle social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. Create and coordinate social media posts, stories, reels and promotional content. Design basic marketing creatives using Canva. Coordinate with restaurants, hotels, outlets and internal teams for marketing campaigns. Assist in planning and executing F&B promotions, offers and campaigns. Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting. Coordinate photography/video shoots and marketing materials when required. Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance. Support website/e-platform updates and promotional listings. Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations. Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, vendors and media partners when required. Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms. Desired Candidate Profile 2–5 years of experience in F&B / QSR / Restaurant / Hospitality Marketing. Experience managing social media platforms. Hands-on experience with Canva and basic creative design. Experience managing e-platforms / online food delivery platforms. Good knowledge of digital marketing and content creation. Strong communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms.
