Qualifications 4+ years in a marketing management or senior marketing role Proven record of planning and executing campaigns that hit growth targets Strong analytical skills (GA4, Meta/Google Ads, HubSpot or similar) Excellent written and spoken English Comfortable working with distributed, international teams B2B SaaS, e-commerce or startup marketing background Experience managing a small team or freelancers
