MEA Sourcing Manager - Raws

Acts as the strategic commercial link connecting Global Category Strategies with MEA Regional Business Needs. The role is directly accountable for end-to-end raw material sourcing, spanning critical commodity portfolios including Dairy, Cereals, Fats & Oils (F&O), and Sugar, to safeguard operational continuity and maximize value across 6 manufacturing sites. Grounded in Mars Five Principles, this role balances Quality, Service, Cost, and Supply Chain Resilience, proactively mitigating geopolitical and supply risks while driving sustainability and supplier innovation enabling MEA growth ambition. Execute Sourcing Strategy : Leveraging market and spend intelligence, lead strategic sourcing events, evaluate supplier proposals, and prepare business award recommendations to activate category strategies. Negotiate & Contract for Value : In partnership with the cost modeling team, conduct comprehensive analysis to inform negotiation strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and manage end-to-end legal contracting to maximize value. Operational & Supplier Management : Maintain operational contracts (e.g., in SAP) for accurate pricing and engage in supplier relationship management as defined by segmentation.

Qualifications

College degree with 6-8 years of solid procurement experience in multinational F&B industry, Good understanding of regional agriculture and commodity markets Expertise in negotiations, contract management, running large RFPs Excellent communication skills, collaborative and ability to navigate through ambiguity, Ability to analyze complex market data / developments and drive insights and actions Appreciation for diversity culture, languages, time zone, etc. across countries in region
