Mechanical Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and manage the work of mechanical technicians and engineers. Provide training and support to team members to enhance skills and performance. Plan, schedule, and oversee mechanical projects to ensure timely completion. Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and specifications. Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety regulations among team members. Serve as a liaison between management, clients, and the technical team to facilitate clear communication. Prepare reports for management on project performance and outcomes. Desired Candidate Profile Typically requires a high school diploma or GED; an associate degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field is often preferred. Several years of hands-on experience in mechanical trades, with at least a few years in a supervisory or leadership role.
