Media Buyer

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. Develop effective paid media strategies to generate high-quality leads and patient inquiries. Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and audience behavior. Conduct audience research, targeting, segmentation, and retargeting. A/B test creatives, ad copy, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies. Coordinate with the Marketing Team, Content Creators, Designers, and Clinic Management to develop effective campaigns. Track leads and analyze the quality of generated leads, not just the quantity. Identify underperforming campaigns and take immediate corrective action. Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets efficiently. Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations. Identify new opportunities to increase lead generation, appointment bookings, and overall campaign performance. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in digital advertising.

Proven experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Specialist Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager Experience with Google Ads is highly preferred Strong knowledge of Lead Generation & Conversion Campaigns Experience with campaign optimization and performance analysis Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate & ROAS Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively Strong communication and teamwork skills Employment Type Full-time
