MEP Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to oversee the execution and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all MEP installations are completed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and UAE regulations. Experience in real estate and hospitality projects will be a strong advantage. Desired Candidate Profile MEP Execution & Coordination Supervise MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems. Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues during construction. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE policies, and UAE authority regulations. Review shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and as-built drawings. Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Reporting Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Maintain project documentation, inspection records, and close-out documents. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE policies, and UAE authority regulations. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 5 to 8 years of UAE experience as an MEP Engineer. Experience in real estate projects. Hospitality experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems. Good understanding of UAE regulations, including Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), and DEWA requirements. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage. Immediate joiners or candidates available within two weeks are preferred.
