MEP Estimator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) cost estimations for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and detail. Analyze project drawings and specifications to identify all necessary materials, labor, and equipment for precise budgeting. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to assess scope changes and their impact on overall project costs. Prepare detailed bid proposals and cost reports that support the decision-making process for procurement and contract negotiations. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent technical field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant MEP estimating experience in commercial or industrial construction. Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Technician (CCT) or Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) are highly preferred. Experience with MEP software tools like Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or specific estimating software is essential.
