MEP Project Manager

Direct end-to-end execution of complex MEP engineering packages from mobilization through testing, statutory authority clearance (DEWA/SEWA/DCD), and final handover. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Project & Technical Execution: Direct all mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting) and electrical site installations in full alignment with approved engineering drawings and BIM models. Authority Compliance: Lead inspections and technical submissions to achieve DEWA, SEWA, and Civil Defence (DCD) testing, energization, and building completion certificates. Milestone & Commercial Control: Formulate rolling look-ahead programs, resolve inter-trade clashes, verify progress valuations, and substantiate variation claims. Quality & HSE Governance: Enforce strict implementation of MEP Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure zero LTI on site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (attested with MOFA); 15+ years MEP experience; DEWA/SEWA/DCD approvals preferred
• Required Industry & Project Background: 15–20 years with Tier-1 MEP contractors in UAE/GCC delivering luxury villas, gated communities, high-rise towers, and infrastructure
