MEP Project Manager

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects for UAE-based clients. The role involves planning, coordination, execution, and ensuring compliance with UAE standards and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end MEP project execution from planning to handover Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Prepare project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and resource plans Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with UAE regulations Manage procurement coordination and vendor interactions Conduct risk assessments and resolve project issues Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Provide regular reporting and performance updates

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering 7 12+ years of experience in MEP projects (UAE/GCC preferred) Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems Experience with project management tools (Primavera/MS Project) Familiarity with UAE codes and standards Excellent communication and leadership skills
