Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premises) development. Strong proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, and full-stack development. Hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements. Experience in creating custom workflows, plugins, and integrations using C# and .NET frameworks. Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and applications through REST APIs, web services, and middleware. Practical experience with data migration activities and Dynamics 365 upgrades. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially for integration and system functionality issues. Ability to work on both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless user experience and robust backend performance. Proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. Ability to design and deliver solutions with focus on performance optimization, scalability, and security. Ability to prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation. Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL). Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Work Items, and Git Repository for source code management. Strong ownership mindset, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively under pressure within a team environment. Experience in banking or enterprise sectors is preferred. Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate. Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Developer Associate (Optional).
