Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of enterprise ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise, enabling them to translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 F&O solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis. Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules. Prepare functional and technical design documentation (BRDs, FDDs, TDDs). Support integrations with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, REST APIs, HRMS, Banking, and third-party systems. Manage data migration, reporting, workflows, security, and system configuration. Coordinate testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production deployments. Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7 12+ years of ERP implementation experience. Minimum 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience. Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementations. Experience with ERP migration, integrations, data migration, and production support. Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and ERP business processes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
