Mobile Technician

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile device issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Perform hardware repairs, including screen replacements and battery installations, maintaining high-quality standards. Install and configure software updates, applications, and security protocols to keep devices up-to-date. Conduct regular maintenance checks and preventative care to enhance device performance and longevity. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mobile technology are preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile device repair or related technical service roles. Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on various mobile platforms. Strong understanding of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android, is essential.
