Develop and implement sales plans for the Modern Trade channel and e-commerce platforms.Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with hypermarkets, supermarkets, key accounts, and online platforms such as Amazon and Breadfast.Negotiate contracts, pricing, discounts, commissions, promotional offers, and commercial terms within the approved authority limits.Achieve sales, volume, profitability, and collection targets for each key account and e-commerce platform.Manage product listings, assortment, pricing, content, and promotional campaigns across online marketplaces.Monitor product availability, inventory levels, purchase orders, deliveries, and returns in coordination with the relevant departments.Analyse sales performance, customer and platform profitability, and promotional effectiveness, and implement corrective actions as needed.Lead, coach, and develop the sales team and merchandising coordinators while ensuring proper product execution and visibility across retail outlets and e-commerce platforms.Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer activities, and prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analyses.
