Multi-Brand Marketing Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Build and run marketing plans for each brand, with clear goals, calendars, and budgets, and adjust them based on results. Develop content ideas, write copy, and shape the creative direction for shoots, videos, and designs. Brief the freelance team, manage timelines, and hold the work to a high standard before it goes live. Grow each brand's social media presence through consistent, platform-native content and community engagement. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok, and report clearly on spend and return. Run on-ground activations such as launches, in-store and in-club events, promotions, and partnerships. Keep each brand distinct in its identity and tone of voice, even when the same team is producing for all of them. Track performance and turn the numbers into decisions about what to do next. Desired Candidate Profile 3+ years in marketing, with hands-on experience in both strategy and execution. A portfolio or track record of social growth and campaigns you drove yourself. Practical experience with paid digital buying, including setup, targeting, testing, and optimization. Strong copywriting in English. Arabic is a strong plus. Experience directing creatives and managing several projects at once without things slipping. Comfort switching between a consumer lifestyle brand one hour and a B2B audience the next. Organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. Nice to have Experience in fitness, retail, e-commerce, or SaaS/B2B marketing. Agency background handling multiple clients. Basic design or video editing skills, enough to give sharp feedback.
