NDT Coordinator (RTFI)
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced NDT Coordinator (RTFI) to oversee radiographic testing activities, supervise NDT personnel, coordinate with clients, and ensure all inspection work is completed in accordance with project specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong RT film interpretation skills, proven site coordination experience, and the ability to manage multiple inspection teams efficiently. Coordinate and supervise daily activities at sites & radiographic testing (RT) activities at project sites. Perform and review RT film interpretation in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. Allocate NDT personnel and resources to meet project schedules and operational requirements. Coordinate inspection activities with clients, project teams, and site management. Monitor daily productivity and prepare progress reports for management and clients. Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, company procedures, and HSE policies. Verify that all radiographic inspection records and documentation are complete and accurate. Support audits, inspections, and client reviews related to NDT activities. Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain project schedules. Mentor and guide NDT technicians to ensure high-quality performance and continuous improvement. Desired Candidate Profile PCN RTFI Certification (meeting ADNOC project requirements). ASNT Level II (Radiographic Testing - RT). Experience Minimum 9 years of total NDT experience. Minimum 3 years of experience after obtaining PCN RTFI certification. Experience in RT film interpretation and radiographic inspection coordination. Previous Gulf experience is preferred. Experience on ADNOC projects is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong RT film interpretation capability. Excellent knowledge of NDT codes, standards, and industry best practices. Site supervision and workforce planning. Client coordination and stakeholder management. Daily reporting and productivity tracking. Quality assurance and HSE compliance. Good written and spoken English communication skills. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
