5–10 years Nationality: Indian Job Description We are looking for an experienced In-House Network Administrator to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, network operations, servers, and technical support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in network administration, Windows Server management, backup management, and IT troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and connectivity. Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Windows Server systems. Provide day-to-day IT infrastructure support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security. Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Manage data backup, restoration, and recovery procedures. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize business disruptions. Maintain IT infrastructure documentation, system configurations, and troubleshooting records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations. Implement IT maintenance procedures and support infrastructure improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or an equivalent qualification. 7–8 years of relevant experience in network administration, IT infrastructure, or IT support. CCNA certification is mandatory. Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server management, network administration, backup management, and user account management. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage IT infrastructure independently in an in-house environment. Must currently be based in Dubai or Sharjah, UAE. Male candidates aged 35–40 years Candidates who can join as soon as possible will be preferred. Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
