Noc Coordinator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for network incidents, ensuring rapid response and resolution to minimize downtime. Monitor network performance metrics, identifying anomalies and implementing corrective actions to maintain service quality. Coordinate with field technicians and engineers to escalate issues requiring on-site intervention, ensuring timely resolution. Prepare detailed incident reports and analysis, documenting root causes and preventative measures to improve future responses. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar technology support environment. Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation are highly desirable. Proven track record of managing network incidents and effectively coordinating resolutions across teams.
