Job Description Roles & Responsibilities • Assess and evaluate children with a variety of needs including sensory processing, fine/gross motor delays, self-care challenges, handwriting, and social/emotional regulation. • Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals. • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each child’s developmental level. • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support carryover across environments. • Document sessions, maintain progress notes, and contribute to reports. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions and planning.
