Office Administrator
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Administrative Duties Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage general office correspondence Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for company records Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships Prepare and format letters, memos, reports, and presentations Assist with onboarding new employees (paperwork, ID badges, setup) Coordinate travel arrangements when needed Accounting Duties Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and send invoices; follow up on outstanding payments Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) Reconcile bank and credit card statements Assist with payroll processing and timesheet tracking Prepare expense reports and process employee reimbursements Support month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits Generate basic financial reports as requested by management Desired Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Preferred Coursework or certification in bookkeeping/accounting Experience with payroll systems Knowledge of basic GAAP principles Employment Type Full Time Company Industry LogisticsTransportationWarehousingCourier Department / Functional Area AccountsTaxationAuditCompany Secretary Keywords Accounting SupportOffice ManagerFinancial Record KeepingBookkeepingJunior AccountantAdministrative AssistantOffice ManagementAccounts ReceivableData Entry Get real-time job updates only on our App
