Officer - Business Development

Identify, engage, and onboard doctors and healthcare professionals to partner with King s College Hospital London UAE Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners, clinics, and healthcare networks across the region Develop strategic outreach plans to expand our referral base and clinical partnerships Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking forums Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy Requirements Native or fluent Arabic speaker Minimum 3 5 years of experience in healthcare business development or medical recruitment Strong network of medical professionals in the UAE and wider GCC region Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution Bachelor s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master s preferred)
