Walk-In Details Date: Saturday, 3RD October 2026 Time: 9:AM Venue: Hudaiba Awards Building, Block A, Al Mina Road, Jumeirah Address: 1st Floor, Al Hudaiba Awards Building, Block A, Al Mina Road, Jumeirah Coordinate and manage day-to-day engineering activities across assigned projects. Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams. Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications. Monitor project progress and coordinate with the project management team to meet planned schedules. Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical issues, quality concerns, and construction deviations. Review shop drawings, material submittals, technical submissions, RFIs, and other engineering documents. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction-related issues. Prepare and maintain engineering reports, progress updates, inspection records, and technical documentation. Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with approved standards. Assist in reviewing project quantities, material requirements, and technical specifications. Coordinate with procurement teams regarding material specifications, technical approvals, and delivery requirements. Support the Project Manager in monitoring project costs, variations, and technical changes. Identify potential project risks, delays, and technical challenges and recommend appropriate solutions. Participate in project meetings and provide engineering updates to project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations, authority requirements, health and safety standards, and company procedures. Support testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities. Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, inspections, and project correspondence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field. 5–8 years relevant experience in project engineering, preferably within fit-out or construction. UAE/GCC relevant fit-out experience mandatory. Employment Type Full-time
