Operations Head

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Oversee front office, patient coordination, nursing, therapists and support teams. Manage staff schedules, attendance, leave and manpower planning. Ensure seamless patient flow from appointments and registration to consultation, treatment and follow-up. Monitor patient experience and maintain premium/luxury service standards. Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure efficient treatment schedules. Monitor clinic KPIs, revenue, productivity, appointments, conversion and patient retention. Oversee inventory, medical supplies, consumables and equipment availability. Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinic SOPs, health & safety and infection-control standards. Support audits, inspections and regulatory documentation. Handle patient complaints and operational issues and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and external service providers. Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements and SOPs. Prepare regular operational reports for senior management. Work closely with management on business growth, new services and clinic expansion. Desired Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in healthcare/clinic operations. Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, longevity, wellness or premium medical clinics is highly preferred. Strong experience managing multi-functional teams. Good knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, preferably DHA. Strong understanding of clinic administration, patient experience and operational KPIs. Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue and performance management. UAE experience is strongly preferred.
