Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily property operations, ensuring seamless functioning of all facilities and services to maintain high tenant satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic operational plans and budgets to optimize property performance and achieve financial objectives. Manage all aspects of tenant relations, from leasing and onboarding to issue resolution and lease renewals, fostering positive and long-term relationships. Lead and mentor a team of property staff, including maintenance, leasing, and administrative personnel, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes, mitigating risks and maintaining the safety and security of the properties. Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution to preserve asset value. Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations, securing favorable terms for services and supplies while upholding quality standards. Develop and execute emergency preparedness and response plans, safeguarding tenants and property assets in critical situations. Analyze operational data and generate reports on key performance indicators, identifying trends and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in management principles. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in property management or a similar operational leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing diverse property portfolios (residential, commercial, or industrial). Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium) and MS Office Suite. Strong understanding of real estate law, leasing agreements, and financial management principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a results-oriented approach. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
