Job Title: Oracle Techno-Functional Finance Consultant

Ajman, UAE Joining: Immediate joiner preferred Role Summary We are seeking an Oracle Techno-Functional Finance Consultant to support, maintain and enhance Oracle Finance applications. The consultant will work with finance and technical teams to understand business needs, troubleshoot issues and deliver system improvements. Roles and Responsibilities Support and maintain Oracle Financials across Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion. Work with finance users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Configure and support finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA) and Cash Management (CM). Analyze and resolve system issues, user queries and transaction errors. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate technical changes, customizations and integrations. Support interfaces, reports, data loads and Oracle workflows. Participate in testing, including unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing. Coordinate with developers and business teams to deliver fixes and enhancements. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliations and finance reporting. Maintain system documentation, configuration records and user guides. Provide user training and post-implementation support.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field. 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Financials in a techno-functional capacity. Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Financials; experience in both is an advantage. Good understanding of finance processes, accounting principles and financial controls. Experience with SQL and Oracle reporting tools; exposure to PL/SQL is an advantage. Familiarity with integrations, APIs, workflows and finance data migration. Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Able to work onsite in Ajman. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are strongly preferred.
