Oracle Senior Technical Consultants

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and deliver complex Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and on-premise solutions, ensuring high-quality implementations and client satisfaction. Conduct in-depth technical assessments and provide strategic recommendations to optimize Oracle environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency. Design and implement robust Oracle database architectures, including high availability, disaster recovery, and data integration strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues, providing expert-level support and root cause analysis. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and operational procedures. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver successful projects. Provide training and mentoring to junior consultants and client staff, fostering knowledge transfer and skill development. Stay current with the latest Oracle technologies and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation. Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development. Manage and oversee technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Holds relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect). Demonstrates 8+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, with a strong focus on consulting and solution architecture. Exhibits a deep understanding of Oracle database administration, performance tuning, and security best practices. Has proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including compute, storage, networking, and database services. Shows expertise in data integration and migration strategies, including ETL tools and methodologies. Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Is fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus. Exhibits a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
