Oracle Solution Architect

Design end‑to‑end solution architecture for Oracle implementation, upgrade, support, and transformation programs. Translate business requirements into Oracle solution designs and architecture blueprints. Define target architecture, integration strategy, and technical solution approach. Provide architectural guidance across design, build, test, and deployment phases. Support Oracle Cloud (OCI/Fusion) or Oracle E‑Business Suite based solutions. Ensure compliance with security, performance, scalability, and best practices. Collaborate with Oracle, TCS leadership and Project Teams. Build strong, trusted relationships with prospects, OEM and clients, often engaging with C-level executives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Prior role as Solution Architect / Technical Architect / Lead Architect. Strong customer‑facing and communication skills. Exposure to multi‑country / enterprise programs. Industry Expertise - Familiarity with specific industries (e.g., Public Sector, BFSI, Retail etc ) long with UAE localization Pre‑sales or solutioning experience Certified AI & Generative AI professional with enterprise transformation experience. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent/MBA Employment Type Full-time
