On a daily basis, the Cold Caller will make outbound calls, introduce InterviewDirects’ services, and explain how the platform connects job seekers with hiring professionals. The role includes gathering basic information, confirming interest, and scheduling follow-up conversations or referrals. The Cold Caller will document call outcomes in simple tracking tools, share insights with the team, and follow scripts while adjusting messaging based on the needs of each contact. Collaboration with team members to refine outreach strategies and improve call effectiveness is expected.
