Patrolling Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and direct a team of patrol officers, ensuring adherence to security protocols and operational efficiency. Conduct regular site inspections to identify security vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions promptly. Develop and execute patrol schedules, optimizing coverage and response times for critical areas. Investigate and document security incidents, gathering evidence and preparing detailed reports for management. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military patrol operations. Possession of relevant security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) is highly advantageous. Proven experience in supervising or managing a team of security personnel.
