Pensions & Social Security Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage all pension and social security registrations and compliance activities for UAE Nationals and GCC Nationals. Handle employee registration, updates, and deregistration through pension and government portals, including Nafis and other relevant systems. Liaise with government entities and authorities regarding pension, social security, and employment-related matters. Oversee government relations processes and ensure full compliance with UAE labor and pension regulations. Coordinate with HR, payroll, onboarding, and offboarding teams regarding pension contributions and employee records. Prepare reports, audits, and compliance documentation as required. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE. Strong experience in UAE pension and social security regulations for UAE and GCC Nationals. Previous experience in outsourcing, manpower, or recruitment companies is highly preferred. Experience handling government portals, registrations, and employee compliance processes. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
