Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events to maximize productivity. Act as a gatekeeper by screening calls and emails, prioritizing communications, and responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate. Conduct thorough research and compile reports, providing insights that aid in informed decision-making for the executive. Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring a seamless travel experience. Desired Candidate Profile A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, showcasing a solid educational foundation. At least 5-9 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a corporate environment, demonstrating relevant expertise. Proficiency in project management software and tools, highlighting your ability to manage tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a preference for candidates who can communicate in additional languages.
