We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharma Machinery Sales Engineer with proven experience in the Egyptian pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate has an established network within pharmaceutical factories, understands pharmaceutical production processes, and has a successful track record in selling pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.This is a field-oriented role requiring an energetic professional capable of generating a high volume of qualified leads, conducting technical discussions with clients, managing supplier communications, and driving projects from initial contact to successful order placement.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and generate new business opportunities through continuous field visits to pharmaceutical manufacturers across Egypt.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including Factory Managers, Engineering Managers, Technical Directors, Production Managers, and Procurement teams.Achieve a high number of weekly customer visits and consistently develop new sales opportunities.Understand customer manufacturing processes and identify equipment upgrade and expansion opportunities.Promote and sell pharmaceutical processing and packaging equipment, production lines, utility systems, and cleanroom-related solutions.Conduct technical presentations and recommend suitable machinery based on customer requirements.Prepare technical and commercial offers in coordination with international equipment manufacturers.Manage technical discussions and commercial negotiations with overseas suppliers.Coordinate quotations, technical documentation, layouts, and compliance requirements.Follow projects from initial inquiry through technical evaluation, negotiations, purchase order, delivery, installation, and after-sales support.Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, and supplier visits.Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming pharmaceutical investment projects.
