Portfolio Revenue Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement revenue strategies for a portfolio of hotels (2 or 3 hotels). Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory. Helps the growth of Revenue and Net Profit of the hotel through the Revenue Management tools. Participates to the actions of the business plan to achieve revenue goals. Coordinates promotions and merchandising opportunities. Ensures the inventory is available to the specific markets at the right prices at the right time. Effectively provides the service to all negotiated deals on the relevant channels. Ensures rate competitiveness in room only and packages and ensure the Best Rate Guarantee concept is happening by controlling the distribution channels. Analyzes weekly reports and communicate the trends to the Sales, Reservations and Front Office team. Participates in weekly Strategy Meeting to provide forecast supporting major market trends. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Business Management preferred Experience Minimum 2 years of Reservations Management experience is preferred Minimum 2 years of Revenue Analytics/Strategy (or equivalent) experience is highly preferred Experience with Opera (PMS and S&C) Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred Company Industry HotelsHospitality Department / Functional Area FinanceTreasury Keywords Portfolio Revenue Analyst Get real-time job updates only on our App
