Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are hiring a Power BI Developer to design interactive dashboards, build robust data models, and deliver business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that transform complex business data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making. Integrate data from multiple sources, build efficient data models , and use Power Query and DAX to ensure accurate, consistent, and reporting-ready datasets. Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) , enforce data governance standards, and ensure reports comply with organizational security and audit requirements. Monitor and optimize report performance, dataset refresh schedules, and overall Power BI environment to deliver fast and reliable analytics. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, design user-friendly dashboards, and deliver solutions that drive business value and adoption. Continuously improve the analytics ecosystem by identifying enhancement opportunities, eliminating redundant reports, and aligning reporting solutions with evolving business needs. Manage Power BI Service workspaces, datasets, data gateways, and production deployments to maintain a secure, scalable, and well-governed BI platform. Required Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Power BI , including dashboard and report development. Hands-on expertise with Power Query , DAX , and data modeling concepts. Experience integrating data from multiple sources such as SQL databases, APIs, and cloud platforms. Good understanding of Row-Level Security (RLS) , data governance, and security best practices. Knowledge of Power BI Service administration, workspaces, gateways, and dataset management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in Agile environments is an added advantage.
